Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA)

Customers that have a DVA gold card, are eligible to claim gap free physiotherapy treatment through the Department of Veteran Affairs. This means that in most cases you will not be required to pay anything for your treatment at the practice.

If you qualify please ensure you have a referral and a D904 form from your GP when you have your treatment. Without these we are not able to claim your treatment directly through DVA.

We also offer a home visitation service for those of you in the local area that may prefer to receive treatment at home. You will be required to pay a nominal fee for this additional service.
