Eligibility and the amount you can claim vary depending on each health provider. Please contact your private health fund for information on how much you are eligible to claim.<\/p>\n
Make sure you bring your private health fund card with you to every appointment, as we are not able to store your membership number; it needs to be swiped through our HICAPS machine every session.<\/p>\n
